The goal of the Employee Experience function within Arqam is to proactively work towards setting and achieving our culture by helping employees organize and act upon their feedback.
We are a fast-growing startup with over 150 employees with a love for technology, sports and science!
We define the Employee Experience responsibilities as such:
Develop and execute strategic employee communication plans, using different communication methods and channels, that inspire and connect our employees, enable organizational change and business initiatives.
Craft thoughtful, innovative and engaging messaging that resonates throughout the company and brings Arqam's mission, values and priorities to life.
Build processes and training material to help new employees adapt and fit in to the company culture.
Establish and iterate on metrics that measure employee engagement and satisfaction.
Help us create actual change that comes from all the data, feedback and communications material we create. Drive on-the-ground work processes improvements
This role lends itself to strong communicators who are comfortable with both verbal and written communication, and who can effectively drive continuous improvement across the organization.
