Employee Experience Manager

We are looking for an employee experience manager to help us achieve our goals of building an organization that is a great place to work!
 

The goal of the Employee Experience function within Arqam is to proactively work towards setting and achieving our culture by helping employees organize and act upon their feedback. 

 

We are a fast-growing startup with over 150 employees with a love for technology, sports and science!

 

We define the Employee Experience responsibilities as such:

 

  • Communicate Culture:

Develop and execute strategic employee communication plans, using different communication methods and channels, that inspire and connect our employees, enable organizational change and business initiatives. 

 

Craft thoughtful, innovative and engaging messaging that resonates throughout the company and brings Arqam's mission, values and priorities to life.

  • Onboard & Integrate:

Build processes and training material to help new employees adapt and fit in to the company culture.  

  • Measure Employee Satisfaction

Establish and iterate on metrics that measure employee engagement and satisfaction. 

  • Enable change

Help us create actual change that comes from all the data, feedback and communications material we create. Drive on-the-ground work processes improvements 

 

 

This role lends itself to strong communicators who are comfortable with both verbal and written communication, and who can effectively drive continuous improvement across the organization.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant organizational effectiveness work experience that can include disciplines such as engagement, employee development and change. Work experience must also include communication as a core component of the role.
  • Direct experience with employee engagement strategies and change management practices
  • High quality writing and content development 
  • Internal communication methodologies, tools and vehicles
