Operations Manager

ArqamFC is looking to hire an Operations Manager to lead our football data collection department.

Our data collection team is at the heart of our company's value proposition, allowing us to create our best-in-class proprietary datasets and leverage them into powerful technology and analytics that give sports teams across the world a winning edge.

As one of the leaders of our operations team, you will be ensuring that our collectors meet customer commitments in a timely manner while coordinating with the Quality team to maintain our high-quality standards. In order to do this, you will have to build a team that includes: training, quality assurance, customer support, and shift managers to help you execute.

Our football data operations department now is a 150+ sized department that covers more than 70 competitions, our Operations Manager leads the team and helps it develop the current systems and processes to be more efficient and scalable.

Job requirements

Skillset:

  • 5 years of experience in managing a fast-paced operations team with daily deliverables
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • People management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in load forecasting and budgeting
  • Strong communicator in Arabic and English languages

  • General knowledge of the industry (intersections of sports, data, technology)
