Recruitment Manager

Job description

We are looking for a recruitment manager to manage our company's hiring!

 

We are a fast-growing startup who is constantly hiring for different positions and aim to double headcount from 150 to 300 by 2020. Our hiring ranges across all our departments : Data Collection, Technology, Product, Analysis. 

 

Recruitment managers will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. To be successful in this role, recruitment managers should have a HR background and experience screening and evaluating candidates. Candidates should also be knowledgeable about labor legislation. The ideal candidates is a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly.

 

The goal of the recruitment manager is to design a consistent, scalable, non-biased hiring process that maximizes the number of hires that fit our company culture and perform well on the job. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and iterate on hiring processes for each department
  • Run some of the actual interviews/process
  • Create a grading rubric for potential hires
  • Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels (both online and offline)

 

Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
  • Systems thinker - has shown propensity to 
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

This is a leadership position at the company, so previous leadership experience would be valuable!
